And the lack of sleep continues. And my coworkers continue to benefit with baked goodies in the mornings. Today’s recipe, Very Berry Whole Wheat Muffins was delicious! Super easy to make and a yummy treat in the morning. Although I have to admit that now I’m craving muffins and want to make more! Good thing there are still 355 days left of the challenge
Things I learned on Day #10…
- You can’t always plan ahead. I am a planner and when I first started this challenge I took the list of recipes that Jessica sent me (her favorites) and went through her archives and picked some recipes I wanted to try and made up a schedule for the first few weeks of the challenge. And then life happened and I haven’t stuck to the schedule. But that’s okay because I’ve stuck to the challenge and that’s what counts.
