Cooking Challenge Day #14 – Asiago Breaded Pork Chops

I love shopping.  But even more than shopping, I love shopping when there are sales.  And what’s better than a 2-for-1 sale (well, besides a 3-for-1 sale of course!)?  And that is kind of what today is, a 2-for-1 day with How Sweet It Is recipes!  For Day #14 of the challenge I was cooking for Valentine’s dinner so I made not only the Asiago Breaded Pork Chops, but also the Tuscan Green Beans.

I knew it might be rather dificult to find a vegetable recipe on Jessica’s site since she is a self-proclaimed non-lover of vegetables but figured there had to at least be something good on there and sure enough, there was!  Both of these recipes were delicious and I would highly recommend either of them!

Things I learned on Day #14 of the challenge…

- Cheese really does make everything better (Just a warning you will probably see this comment every 3.2 posts because I just don’t know if it can be said too much)

- I am a big fan of chicken and seafood but this meal was a great reminder that pork chops are a nice way to change it up
