Cooking Challenge Day #25 – Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter French Toast

I apologize in advance for this recipe.  But I did offer a fair warning early this week regarding my love of peanut butter and so I have to say I’m not really sorry I made them.

There really are no words to describe how amazingly delicious the Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter French Toast was, so you’ll have to just make this and experience it yourself.  In my defense I will say that I at least used whole wheat bread so it’s practically healthy.  Also, might I suggest making it on the weekend because not all of the calories count on the weekend (and if that’s not true please don’t comment telling me that)

I mean how can this not be good with all of that warm, melted peanut butter and chocolate?!?

Things I Learned on Day #25…

- Fridays are my least favorite day of the week to cook.  I typically don’t have the energy or desire to do much of anything by the end of the week.  But there are 52 Friday’s in this challenge so I’m going to need to get over that.  Thank goodness I’ve already gotten 4 of them out of the way.

- Baking for someone is a great way of saying I’m sorry.

I can’t wait to make these! I have started eating all my pancakes with peanut butter and chocolate and this sounds even better!
