My schedule this week has required that the recipes I choose be quick and easy, and this Bruschetta definitely fit that description! Not only was it quick and easy but it was also delicious and I would recommend this along with the Fresh Fruit Bruschetta I made earlier this week for any upcoming gatherings that you have.
One of the reasons I loved the bruschetta is the garlic, because I think garlic makes anything better. Well almost anything, I probably wouldn’t like it in cookies
Things I Learned on Day #31…
- It’s okay if I go to the grocery store all the time…Jessica told me, “Don’t worry… i go to the store sometimes twice a day!! when recipe inspiration hits me, i can’t wait.”…Makes me feel better if my inspiration does it!
- The challenge is starting to become a way of life. We’re having a girls night out this weekend but knowing I need to cook something every day we’re having appetizers at my house first before heading out. Makes me wonder what I’m going to do on February 1, 2012 when I don’t have to cook?
