Cooking Challenge Day #73 – Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Bars

You should know something about me. I am not a chocolate girl. When given a choice about what I want for dessert, I rarely pick anything chocolate. Vanilla, cheesecake, caramel…count me in! But chocolate just doesn’t do it for me very often. So when I saw this recipe for Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Bars, I was instantly sold.
And I am happy to tell you, that my high expectations were met…and so I am a happy girl 
These bars were so delicious that I wanted to savor every bite.
Things I Learned on Day #73…
- It’s okay to be a girl a not like chocolate. It might not be normal, but it’s okay.
- This recipe requires some patience. I’m not saying it’s not worth the wait, but just know that if you want to satisfy a craving within 15 minutes, then this is not the recipe to try…save it for another time.
